He Did It!
The wonderful man I was talking about in my first blog, well he forgot our anniversary. Disappointed, yes I am. Mad, maybe a little. I want to address this to the men in our lives. I for one am a lady who doesn't want much, not even for my birthday. I just wanted a card, a dinner out. Why do we women have to remind you of the most simple things in life? We, women, sit here with thoughts of what would be the most romantic thing you could do, and it never crosses your mind! They say men don't have the emotions we do. Is that an excuse to forget, and not make the woman who takes care of your needs, and your wants happy if only for one night? To all you men who do not forget things like this, including birthdays, which he has forgotten to, I want to say how lucky the lady in your life is. My father-in-law never forgot his wife's birthday or anniversary, I ask my mother-in-law yesterday. I wonder why David didn't get that part of his Dad. He is humble like his Dad was, and so gentle, but forgetful he is. He said he felt guilty, but will he show me by remembering next year? I do know a lady who doesn't care about these things, but I happen to be one who does. All we are asking guys, is to shown that we are still your lady, the one you can not live without. Please guys, rememeber important dates in your wife's life. She will be much nicer, and I would be too.

Autumn, The Colors!
I would say there is not a color that I don't like. The trees are beginning to change here, they will not be peek for awhile, but the reds, yellows, oranges, and browns are starting to glow here. Yes, the flowers of summer are fading, and the green grass is beginning to turn brown, but I love how God gets everything ready to sleep as I call it for the winter. Not only are the leaves turning to their different shades of Autumn, the animals are busy too. The deer seem to fade into the background, as they are eating on the sides of the road. I love how they leap, and the little fawns run after their Moms. I was going down a country road here early one morning, looking at all the birds beginning to start their day, when beside the road stood a pair of twin fawns. Their ears perked up, as they saw me approaching. If not for their spots I don't think I would have seen them, as they were the color of the bushes which are turning that light brown. They seemed to look into the brush, as if asking their Mom should they hide! They did as I got closer. Some friends of mine had raised a little fawn last year after the Mother was killed. They bottle fed Roxie, which is what her girls named her. It is awesome to be so close to one of God's creatures, to be able to pet the deer, and fed her. Now that fall is approaching Roxie has come up again, and remembers the girls, and has been running and playing with them again. Just watching over the next few weeks as the colors get more brilliant everyday here, I will take walks, listen to the leaves crunching, and watch the wind take them on a journey through the sky. I even noticed my 21 month old Grandchild, looked down as she heard the leaves crunch under her feet. God's plan for Autumn does not only include bright colors, but squirrels gathering food for the winter. I enjoy watching all of the forest animals running around. I am blessed to be out in the country, and have the time to just sit outside, and listen, and look. I would not want to be anywhere else! I hope where ever you are, you take time to watch the colors of Autumn, and remember God's plans for his world are perfect, just as they are for us.

Another Day, Another Prayer Answered!
Lord you have shown me so much about trusting you. I hate that I sometimes, and so much, sin against you, please forgive me. Lord I know you have plans for Toby and Kristi. Yes, I hate it is not together for Aubrie's sake, but I also know your love is shining thru in her. I had the best day with her today. I get tired, you know that, but I know you will give me rest. My life is so blessed, I have a life I know I have not desired, but I am most thankful for. The girls give me so much love, and joy. I pray for them, I pray your blessings upon them all. I pray Keely will come to know you soon as her Lord and Savior. I have witnessed twice within the last month how trusting you over very difficult things you have answered my prayers. I know I want to trust you for everything. God I need your guidance about money, I have needed it for so long. I am so ready to give it to you. Lord just show me, speak to me about spending money I should not spend. This is turning into a prayer time for me, and I am so ok with that. This is a good place to keep talking to you. I do want to share my story, my story of how you brought me out of a horrible life style that I had chosen for myself into a blessed life, that is still am so amazed I am living. From the girl who felt she would never be loved by a man, to having the most amazing man in the world to totally loving me! I want to make my family always proud of me, and to show them how much I love them. Lord keep me close to you,and trusting you with every decision in my life.

Where It All Began!!!
Where it all began! I meet the man of my life while working for Burlington Ind. at the cotton mill in Stonewall, my hometown. He was training to be a supervisor in the weave room, and I was a weaver there. I thought he was very nice looking, and not sure he even noticed me. Later I find out he loved my long hair, and my smile. We dated for only a few short months and on Oct, 28th of the same year we meet, we were married. He has given me nothing but love, and happiness. He has to be the most kindest, and gentle man in the world. He is always here for me, doesn't have alot of outside interest other than sports, especially football, and has given me and the boys all of his love and attention. I am a very blessed wife of this wonderful man. He has been my best friend through any illness I have had, he has been my rock when the kids were sick or did anything they should not have done. He has been my lover, with gentleness and made me the center of it all. How could a woman ever repay a man who has given her so much? I know if the rest of my time here on this earth is spent with my man David, I know in advance how wonderful each day will be. I thank you God for this blessing in my life!
